Note:

  • Igloo accommodation is duplex and shared by 4 guests.
  • Sleeping arrangements will be assigned, prioritizing age and health factors.
  • For a private igloo (e.g., for couples), please inform us during booking.
  • If the Murmansk Hotel is unavailable, accommodation will be arranged in an apartment on double/triple occupancy (breakfast excluded).
  • Any plan modifications due to weather conditions or special arrangements will be chargeable to the client.
  • Any registration fees or tourism tax (₹200-₹300 approx.) if charged by the property at check-in, will be payable by the client.
  • Airlines cabin luggage dimensions are 40x30x20 cm. We recommend using soft bags to avoid additional charges at the airport. For larger or extra luggage, prebooking is available—please inform us in advance, and we’ll assist you.
  • Breakfast in aurora village is not included. Menu shall be shared 2 weeks before departure and prebooking of meals is available.
  • There won’t be any tours for aurora hunting. Our hotels are at the best locations away from light pollution. You can enjoy the aurora views from comfort of your dome itself. Nevertheless, it is the best time for aurora due to the equinox effect.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Understanding the payment terms for your travel services is crucial for both the company and travellers to ensure a smooth and transparent booking process. Please take note of the following details:

  • Deposit Requirements: Company may require an initial deposit to secure your reservation. The deposit amount and due date will be communicated to you during the booking process. This deposit is typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation. No refunds will be provided for unused services.
  • Payment Schedule: For multi-day trips or packages, a payment schedule may be established, outlining when additional payments are due. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and applicable cancellation fees may apply. Cancellation policy for flights and visa applications will be in accordance with the policies set by the respective airlines and visa authorities. Any applicable fees or penalties will be communicated to the traveller at the time of booking.
  • Land Package (Tours and Accommodations): Cancellation made more than 30 days before the departure date: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation made between 10 to 30 days before the departure date: 70% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation made less than 10 days before the departure date or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Check-in and Check-out Policy: Please be advised that the standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Requests for early check-in or late checkout are subject to the discretion of the hotel management.
  • Visa Approval and Responsibility: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date. Company does not guarantee visa approvals. The company will provide supporting documents for visa applications (invitation letter, accommodation confirmations, etc.). In the event of a visa rejection, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, any delays in visa approvals are beyond our control, and Company cannot be held responsible for such delays. Guests are strongly advised to thoroughly review their visa and flight details within 24 hours of issuance. Any necessary changes or corrections must be requested within this 24-hours window. After this period and following the issuance of flights and visas, Company will not assume responsibility for discrepancies or modifications. In such cases, all associated costs shall be the responsibility of the guest.
  • Accommodations and Itinerary: Hotel accommodations are subject to change based on availability. In the event of such changes, every effort will be made to provide a property of a similar standard. If this is not feasible, alternative accommodations of comparable quality will be arranged. Company shall not be held liable for any modifications to the itinerary, the omission of planned activities, or changes in the timings of buses, flights, trains, or any other transportation, as these circumstances are beyond our control. Refunds will not be guaranteed in such cases. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., road closures in Murmansk or delays due to snowfall).
  • Responsibility for Personal Belongings: While We take every reasonable measure to ensure the safety and security of travellers during the trip, it is important to note that the responsibility for personal belongings rests with each individual traveller. Company cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, including but not limited to luggage, valuables, electronic devices, travel documents, or any other possessions belonging to the travellers.
  • Health and Vaccinations: Travelers are responsible for ensuring their own health and well-being while participating in the trip. This includes compliance with health and vaccination requirements specific to their destination. Russia in winter can involve extreme cold; travellers are advised to carry proper winter gear. Travel insurance with medical and emergency coverage is mandatory. Activities like aurora hunting, igloo stays, and snowmobile tours involve inherent risk. Participation is at the traveller’s discretion and risk.
  • Conduct: Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and adhere to local laws and customs. The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant causing disturbance or posing a safety threat to others.
  • Changes to Bookings: If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as altering travel dates or accommodations, please contact the company as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Use of Photos and Videos for Promotional Purposes: By participating in our tours and travel experiences, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the trip for promotional and Sepketing purposes by company. These materials may be used in various media channels, including but not limited to our website, social media, brochures, and promotional materials. If you have concerns about your image or likeness being used in this manner, please inform us in writing before the commencement of the trip.
  • Force Majeure: Company shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, acts of terrorism, strikes, or any other events constituting force majeure. In such cases, Company reserves the right to alter or cancel trips as necessary for the safety and well-being of travellers. Any additional expenses incurred because of such events, including alternative accommodations and transportation, shall be the responsibility of the traveller. Company will make reasonable efforts to aid and support in these situations.

  • Guided tours and entrance fees.
  • Daily breakfast.
  • English speaking guide.
  • International airfare and travel insurance.
  • Personal expenses (laundry, tips, drinks, etc.).
  • Any activity not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come.
  • Lunch & Dinner ( can Arrange Indian food for an extra cost )

Tour Plan

Day 1: Moscow
  • Arrival in Moscow (DME or SVO airport). Transfer to hotel and check-in.

City Walk (if time permits), Red Square lights up in winter décor.

Overnight stay in Katyusha Hotel or Similar

Day 2: Moscow Exploration
  • Kremlin Grounds & Cathedral Square Armoury Museum. St. Basil’s Cathedral (inside) Christ the Savior. Cathedral Zaryadye Park (glass bridge views). Optional Moscow River Ice Cruise. Overnight stay.
Day 3: Your Arctic Journey Begins
  • Morning flight to Murmansk Transfer to hotel / hostels.

Brief city tour: Alyosha Monument (great panoramic view) Nuclear Icebreaker Lenin.

  • Evening: Northern Lights chasing (guided tour). Overnight stay.

Since, we are travelling during equinox, the probability of aurora remains very high. Overnight stay in Yagel Loft or Similar.

*Note: Northern Lights Visibility is but Luck, not guaranteed but it will be a good experience to try their Luck.

Day 4: Saami Village & Igloo Stay:
  • Visit Saami Village (~2 hrs drive). Reindeer feeding & sleigh ride, Husky photo stop or ride (seasonal), Saami culture introduction and Local Traditional food Experience. Evening Transfer to Igloo Hotel (Glass dome / Igloo cabin) with aurora visibility.

Optional: Outdoor hot tub, snowshoeing

Day 5: Fly back

Transfer to airport and onwards
