    General Terms:

    • Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the itinerary and inclusions reflected on the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
    • Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost).
    • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bars etc., are not included.
    • In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions etc. Shiloh Travels shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
    • The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Shiloh Travels will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
    • Please note that your package includes baggage as per airlines policy. Any addition in baggage will be charged separately.
    • Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
    • In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.
    • Certain hotels may ask for a security deposit during check-in, which is refundable at check-out subject to the hotel policy. This amount has to be deposited by the traveller.
    • Please note that Day at Leisure essentially implies that no sightseeing activities have been included for that day.
    • Kindly be on time for your activities, tours and transfers. Shiloh Travels will not be liable for missing any activity thus for any refund against it in such cases.
    • No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
    • The package price doesn’t include special dinner or mandatory charges at times levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Shiloh Travels shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However Shiloh Travels may not have this information readily available all the time.
    • Our package price does not include GST and TCS. Applicable GST and TCS will be charged over and above the package price.
    • For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
    • For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process the refund & should reach the guest within 30 days refund requisition. Also, for any activity which is complementary and not charged to Shiloh Travels & guests, no refund will be processed.
    • Our package prices are on twin sharing accommodation basis thus published prices are applicable for minimum two persons and multiple of two thereon.
    • As per RBI guideline every foreign traveller has to provide us his PAN details. The Dollar component of package price will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).
    • The tour cost does not include any Overseas Insurance Premium, but we strongly recommend buying Overseas Insurance Policy. The same after issuance is non-refundable.
    • These terms are general terms for our tour packages. Any term mentioned in proposal shall be considered part of it and in case of discrepancy term mentioned in proposal shall prevail.

    Payment Policy

    • Payment schedule depends on destination, time of booking, inclusions, airline and hotel payment policy etc thus it is specific to your package booking.
    • Payment schedule will be part of our proposal to you for the package.
    • If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Shiloh Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Once Booking received : INR 5000 (Per PAX) + actual Ticket cancellation + Hotel cancellation as per hotel policy + Visa fee if visa is applied.
    • 60 – 45 Days prior to departure : 25 % of land cost + INR 5000 (Per PAX) + actual Ticket cancellation + Visa fee if visa is applied.
    • 45 – 30 days prior to departure: 50% of land cost + INR 5000 (Per PAX) + actual Ticket cancellation + Visa fee if visa is applied.
    • 30 – 10 days prior to departure: 75% of land cost + INR 5000 (Per PAX) + actual Ticket cancellation + Visa fee if visa is applied.
    • Within 10 days: Full.

    Documents Required for Russia Visa

    This type of visa is issued to foreign citizens for visiting the Russian Federation for tourism purposes. A tourist visa can be issued for single or multiple entries, with validity of up to 30 days. Tourist visa can also be issued for exhibitions and auctions, for medical consultations or undergoing medical examination in Russia.

    Required Documents:

      • Original passport with a minimum validity of 6 months with at least one blank page for visa stamps
      • Duly filed and signed Russian visa application form
      • One coloured passport size photograph. Please follow the specifications below:
        • 3.5 x 4.5 cm with light-coloured background
        • Neutral expressions and without dark/ tinted glasses
        • No headgears allowed (with the exception of persons wearing for religious reasons)
        • Picture must not be older than 6 months
      • Proof of purpose of visit/ Tourist confirmation which is an official invitation from a Russian tour operator. This must be issued on the official letterhead of Russian tour operator’s organization which is officially carrying out tour operator activities in Russia and is registered in the Unified Federal Register of Tour Operators under valid MBT reference number. Confirmation must contain:-
        • surname and name (s) in full accordance with the passport data, as well as the date of birth, gender, passport number and citizenship of the foreign citizen
        • Name and full address of the host tourist organization, as well as its reference (MBT) number
        • Date of entry into the Russian Federation and exit from the Russian Federation
        • Number of entries * and purpose of visit (tourism)
        • Proof of accommodation and travel Itinerary
        • Signature along with the title of authorized employee and seal of the organization, mentioning the date on which the confirmation was issued

Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival Moscow
  • Transfer from airport to hotel.|
  • Check in to Katyusha Hotel or Similar. Overnight stay
Day 2: Moscow city tour The South Coast
  • Breakfast at hotel.

Following that, you'll embark on a Moscow City Tour. Moscow is a top destination for travellers worldwide, known for its blend of modern skyscrapers and ancient architecture.

  • This tour highlights the must-see spots like Red Square, the Kremlin, Victory Park, the White House, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, Sparrow Hills' observation deck, Lomonosov University.
  • After lunch (on your own), join our Moscow walking tour and Arbat street tour.

The Moscow Metro stands out as one of the world's largest and most impressively constructed metro systems. Originally intended as a showcase of the Soviet Union's accomplishments, it served to impress both Russians and international visitors. The stations boast unique designs, featuring decorative elements such as mosaics, statues, marble floors, walls, and staircases, showcasing the grandeur of Soviet architecture. On the Old Arbat, delve into the street's fascinating history and experience its vibrant artisan culture.

  • This tour provides a chance to not only learn about Moscow but also to purchase souvenirs from the many skilled craftsmen along the street. Both of these brief Moscow tours offer an excellent opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the city.
  • Overnight stay at your hotel in Moscow.
Day 3: Fly to Murmansk
  • Arrival in Murmansk.

Murmansk is the largest city beyond the Arctic Circle, the city located on the picture square rocky eastern coast of the Kola Bay of the Barents Sea.

  • You will visit the monument to Fishermen and Trawl Fleet Ships and the Memorial to the Defenders of the Soviet Arctic Memorial, Nuclear Icebreaker Lenin.
  • Church of the Savior on Waters, Lighthouse, cabin of the nuclear submarine "Kursk", Memorial to the Defenders of the Soviet Arctic during the Second World War “Alyosha”, monument.
  • Transfer to hotel. Check in to Lenina 89 Hotel or Similar
Day 4: Murmansk
  • Breakfast at Hotel.
  • Tour to Tiberika (130km from Murmansk) – seaside village is located at the Kola district of the Murmansk region on the bank of the river Tiberika. This is the only place where you can admire open sights of the Barents Sea and the Arctic Ocean.
  • Drop to hotel and At night proceed for “Hunting for Northern Lights Tour” {Aurora Borealis}

*Note: Northern Lights Visibility is but Luck, not guaranteed but it will be a good experience to try their Luck.

  • Back to Murmansk hotel.
Day 5: Explore Saami Village
  • After Breakfast transfer to Saami village.

Here, you will experience Saami culture where people still live as per the old traditions and rules which have very strong relationship with nature and wilderness after that we visit a Reindeer farm where you have an opportunity to feed the Reindeers and then we will take you on unforgettable experience to see the Siberian Husky dogs & enjoy a memorable Husky dog sleigh ride.

  • Return to hotel, at night you can proceed for Aurora Hunting.

* {Igloo stay is optional} need to inform 10 days before for your trip.

Day 6: Murmansk to St. Petersburg
  • Breakfast at hotel and check out.
  • Transfer to Railway station and journey by Sapsan Bullet Train to Saint-Petersburg.
  • Check in to Catherine Art Hotel or Similar. Overnight stay.
Day 7: St. Petersburg {Venice of Russia}
  • After breakfast, you'll explore the city's must-see sights, including the Peter and Paul Fortress, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Hermitage Museum and the Church of Christ's Resurrection (also known as the Saviour of the Blood).
  • You will also lay eyes on the famous cruiser Aurora, the legendary ship whose cannon, on Lenin's orders, signalled the beginning of the Great Social Revolution.
  • We will visit to Petrodvorets, sometimes called Peterhof, is a world-famous palace, fountain and park complex dating from the eighteenth century, which takes its name from its founder, Peter the Great. The estate is an outstanding landmark of Russian artistic culture of the 18-19th centuries.
  • Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 8: Fly Back
  • Breakfast at Hotel and check out.
  • Transfer to airport for your onward journey.
